What comes after a member is hired?

Woohoo! Once a Crew member is hired, it is up to them to create the agreement for the project owner’s review. Work can’t start until both parties approve the agreement, and the project owner funds the first project milestone. We cannot guarantee any payments to our members should they decide to start working before the agreement is approved and funds are transferred in Crew.

This means that project owners are responsible to pay for work in the agreement, to review the work on time, and members are responsible to deliver the work in the agreement and to deliver the work on time.
