What if a project owner or member becomes unresponsive?

Crew is a high-quality marketplace, which means that we require professionalism from both parties. This also means that communication is always a high priority.

We ask that input on a project should not be delayed by more than 7 days from the delivery date (unless there’s a valid reason, and both parties agree). If either a project owner or member has disappeared for more than 7 days without warning, you can reach out to Crew for Project Protection.
