How can we rate our experience in Crew?

At the end of the project, both parties can rate their experiences working with each other. This rating is recorded internally and is not shared publicly.

This rating affects the number of projects that Crew members can be shortlisted for in the future (as we can speak directly about their work ethic), and can also affect the number of projects that project owners can post on the platform. Remember that reviews can go both ways – if communication isn’t there, deadlines are missed, or expectations aren’t met, it can negatively impact a member’s potential for landing future projects on Crew or a project owner’s ability to keep using Crew for their projects. We want Crew to be a place where quality work is done, and ratings allow us to make sure that we keep our standards high.
