Hi, I’m Mikael, founder of Crew.

I used to work at a design agency and later as an independent designer. Sometimes while I was already booked, I would get asked to take on new work. But I knew I was already busy and couldn’t dedicate the level of attention needed that would be fair.

I wanted to help the potential client find their way, but sometimes it was hard to direct them to a professional available now that I trusted.

This is why we started Crew Shortlist. To help clients you can’t take on find someone you trust to handle the project, while giving you a way to earn a passive stream of revenue for referring work.

We understand the importance of making a referred client feel like they are properly being taken care off and directed to someone they and you can trust.

If you decide to refer work to Crew, projects you send will be in good hands. You’ll be able to invite professionals that see the work you refer into Crew or select those professionals from Crew. On Crew, every member gets a manual review before being accepted and our 24-hour Happiness team is here to make every project run smoothly from idea to launch.

We’ll do everything we can to help everyone create work they’re proud of.
